How do I start?

Open the catalog, choose a course, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. After payment, your access appears instantly in your account.

Do I need prior embroidery experience?

Beginner vs intermediate entry.

No. Each course includes beginner-friendly modules with clear progression, from tools and setup to finishing and care.

How long do I have access to the course?

Access timeframe and updates.

You get long-term access while the platform is active, including updates to lessons that belong to your purchased course.

Can I download the lessons?

Streaming vs downloadable files.

Streaming lessons are available in your account. Downloadable PDFs and pattern files are provided when included in the course materials.

What materials and tools will I need?

Typically: embroidery hoop, needles, threads, fabric, small scissors, and a marking tool. Each course has a dedicated materials list in the first module.

Is there a refund policy?

If the course isn’t a fit, contact support within 14 days of purchase. Refund eligibility depends on viewing progress and product type (digital access).

I can’t log in — what should I do?

First, reset your password using the email address used at checkout. If the email doesn’t arrive, check spam or contact support with your purchase email.

Can I gift a course to someone else?

Yes. Purchase with your email, then contact support with the recipient’s email to transfer access, or request a gift code when available.
